Dang it all, what is with all the intelligent comments here? I have been waiting all day for someone to make some stupid argument so I could go "heh, looks like you just took a side, hypocrite much" and then you go off and write something I can't even jokingly disagree with
Sowwy :3 Shitposting on lemmy is hard work indeed. Everyone is so autistic that they either dont understand your jokes at all or just refute your jokes seriously.
Enable fascism
It didn't matter if a German citizen supported the Third Reich or didn't care and just wanted to run his bakery. Bombs still fell on his town, foreign troops still fought through his streets. This shit affects you whether or not you have the intelligence to comprehend it or the courage to confront it.
That's what got us into this mess.
Yeah, it kinda changes if the first sentence is "I saw a post from a dipshit neo-nazi suggesting the extermination of jews, colored and disabled"
We have a word for German citizens who weren't actively in the regime, but who also didn't do much to stop it. The word is nazi.
