I feel like you'd lose the case, be countersued and owe millions before he ever even found out about it.
Probably not, but he would drag it through court for as long as possible until you can't afford to continue, and he probably would countersue and do the same. You'll have to settle before he does even if the case is obvious. The system is broken.

I agree that everyone deserves to be who they want to be, but the American left have only focused on fighting for social acceptance towards minority groups, and completely neglected to fight for workers rights and fair wages, public education and healthcare for all.

I get it, you need to defend them when half your country targets a minority group. I get it. But to let it over shadow the fight for economic equality is just taking the bait.
