Did you ever think you'd live long enough to see Jewish Nazis?

[–] [email protected] 79 points 3 weeks ago

Israel already had concentration and labor camps for Palestinians in 1948

https://al-awdapalestine.org/2014/10/on-israels-little-known-concentration-and-labor-camps-in-1948-1955/

It is just that western media intentionally ignored it

Do you not know the history of Zionism?

Edit: let me rephrase that in a less "personal attack"-y way. Zionism has historically been supported by Nazis, US, and the far right generally. It isn't your fault for not knowing this and I'm sorry if my initial comment came off rude. Here are some resources for further reading (as always, check sources for claims made on Wikipedia, and engage media literacy skills when reading these pages. The topic is highly controversial):

There were Jewish Nazis back in the 40's. Wartime collaborators.

[–] [email protected] 11 points 3 weeks ago

Yes, I was born after Jewish Nazis murdered Israeli prime minister Rabin for daring to broker peace between Israel and the PLO.

[–] [email protected] 11 points 3 weeks ago

it was an honest surprise.

If someone broke into your home and destroyed all the food, and blockaded you from leaving or anything from getting in, wouldn't it be obvious they were trying to kill you?

So how could this not be an intentional act of genocide? And now we have Trump they will be cheered on if anything

[–] [email protected] 30 points 3 weeks ago

They know it is a genocide, they don't care because they fell for the lies that all Palestinians are Hamas. They don't call it a genocide because it would make them feel in the wrong, but they believe it is justified to kill every Hamas person. Even if that means they are an Israeli person in Florida who clearly was never part of Hamas, but they thought might look like a Palestinian.

They were cheered on before Trump too

[–] [email protected] 10 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

They were (lightly) publicly criticised and privately supported, but yeah, point taken

[–] [email protected] 6 points 3 weeks ago* (last edited 3 weeks ago) (2 children)

and privately supported

we openly sent over thousands of MK84 2,000lb bombs that have used to kill thousands of civilians. not really private to be honest

hell, right after Oct 7 Biden personally made the trip over to Israel to bend the knee on live TV

I think the recent lesson the democrats have had about "hard tone" probably would've come in handy on Israel negotiations too. Rather than being a fan of murdering kids, I'm guessing Biden very much took a standpoint of "not wanting to upset too many people" when asking them not to bomb hospitals.

For one cause or another, the democratic party needs to find its righteous anger. It needs to risk more possibilities of people shouting back "Hey, you can't say that!"

I've verified this to be real. The Knesset webpage links to the Twitter profile, where the post from the screenshot currently appears are the 2nd from the top.

[–] [email protected] 30 points 3 weeks ago

Honestly appreciate folks in the comments verifying screenshots of social posts are real.

One day — if there is any justice left in this world — Israel will be swept into the dustbin of history, just like e.g. the Third Reich, Rhodesia and apartheid South Africa before it

How is that they always write in Hebrew when asking for war crimes?

[–] [email protected] 25 points 3 weeks ago

It's all about intended audience. When it's in English it's toned down and meant for the rest of the world, when it's in Hebrew it's meant for Israelis and tends to be more mask off.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 3 weeks ago

makes the genocide much more fun

Israelis get away with saying the most depraved stuff in Hebrew.

[–] [email protected] 34 points 3 weeks ago

We guillotined people for saying less than that

[–] [email protected] 20 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

throughout history this has been called genocide. trump calls it site preparation.

[–] [email protected] 6 points 3 weeks ago (2 children)

Im starting to think this brazen activity is all because the powers that be, are trying to goad the public into a reaction that will justify their permanent seizure of power, martial law

Sounds like he wants the actual gates of hell opened.

[–] [email protected] 10 points 3 weeks ago

It's too bad Palestine doesn't have nukes.

[–] [email protected] 7 points 3 weeks ago (2 children)

Well TBF to western news:

  • He tweeted this 16 hours ago
  • These people say and do shit like this pretty much every day
  • Western Media has a lot of shit to cover in their own countries atm
[–] [email protected] 5 points 3 weeks ago

Yep. At this point just throw it on the "more evidence for genocide" pile. Israel could start up trains and ovens and I'd just say, "Yeah. Figures."

[–] [email protected] 3 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

Lol, imagine if a high ranking PA official (not even Hamas) were to say something like this. The UN Security Council would be passing a resolution condemning him.

They've been out of the news headlines for a bit with the zelenski shenanigans, a perfect time to crawl back from uder their rock and again be their usual self, violent hateful racist inhuman scum.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 3 weeks ago (2 children)

I'm confused - who or what is he referring to when he says the "Gates of hell" ?

[–] [email protected] 24 points 3 weeks ago* (last edited 3 weeks ago)

Palestinians, to the average Zionist aren't human. They range from animals to demons, depending on whichever fulfills the fascist propaganda needs at the time.

Closing off Gaza is closing the gates of hell, keeping in the demons and making sure they stay there while gods holy soldiers kill them.

This type of thinking is common is Israel, and why the state of Israel is beyond redemption at this stage in history. The Nazis won there.

[–] [email protected] 7 points 3 weeks ago

Israelis wish to unleash hell upon all Palestinians.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 3 weeks ago (2 children)

Genocide Joe's fault...

Trump is too busy helping Putin to deal with this nonsense.

[–] [email protected] 19 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

Why are Democrats so obsessed with gaslighting people into Genocide Joe not doing the same stuff?

Israel killed American World Food Kitchen employees to starve Palestinians and got away with it under Genocide Joe.

[–] [email protected] 8 points 3 weeks ago (3 children)

The point is that this same thing was going to happen regardless, but now we have Israel being shit AND everything else that has come along with a Trump admin.

[–] [email protected] 13 points 3 weeks ago* (last edited 3 weeks ago) (1 children)

And if the Democrats had actually tried to win against Trump they would have listened to what the vast majority of their constituents wanted (plus you know, international and domestic law) and implemented an Arms Embargo. They should have started the ceasefire many months earlier instead of continuing to support the genocide unconditionally, fracturing their base when they needed as many votes as possible to win against fascism.

Why did it have to fucking happen regardless though?

I mean I'm fucking tired of democrat supporting Americans being so fucking fatalistic about Biden policies.

It did not have to fucking happen. Biden could have pulled the plug from Israel's war before the us election cycle started. But he didn't. Why are you so fucking fatalistic that oh there is no way this could not have happened? Or to rephrase that, if you are so fatalistic about that, well you've already given up on democracy, so why do you complain about Maga fascism anyway?

If only more people pressured Democrats to change their position instead of caving and falling in line. Then they would at least have a moral high ground to stand on if they lost.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 3 weeks ago

Yea! I was told that the genocide was single-handedly Biden's fault and then single-handedly Kamala's fault and that's why we couldn't vote for them! It's a good thing we didnt too. It was important to send a message to the Democrats that we think genocide as bad. And what better way to send that message than to elect someone who pushes even harder for it?!
