While I agree with the sentiment, the only thing this fucks over is people with electric cars and not all Tesla drivers are douchebags.

But also, I didn't see nothin'.

At one point I was a Tesla and Twitter guy's fanboy, but IDGAF anymore. Tesla drivers should not feel proud using that car anymore, they should feel ashamed owning it wanting to get rid of it.

Okay, but do you realize the number of dealers who partnered to use the same charging port so that infrastructure would be more effective in deployment? Ford, GM, Volkswagen, Kia, Nissan, something like 20+ manufacturers

Meaning you are also hurting just about every user who is switching to electric.

Doesn’t matter. You shouldn’t be mad at the people tearing down the Nazi’s empire. You should be mad at the Nazi for building Nazi-ruled infrastructure all over your country.

Change to public transport, you can do it too!

I have to be to work by 3:30am today. Currently 2:23am

It's a good message, just not practical for many people.

Simply start biking 5 hours ago, you polluter.

We don't have that in murica

[–] [email protected] 2 points 3 weeks ago

Yes, I know, it’s really sad :(
As bad as it can be at times, I do recommend it getting it back (‘murica had it once and it was good too)

What's worse is that Tesla chargers are now the national standard. So we're burning them down right as they stop being elitist symbols and start being legitimately useful for drivers of non-nazi electric cars.

If you want to attack Musk supporters, it's way better to attack the actual cars, not the chargers.

Also, I'd argue that it would probably really be more effective to attack gas stations, even if those aren't associated with Musk, because they are at least associated with other terrible Trump supporters and are also way worse for the planet.

TL;DR: Let's not accidentally let the anti-Musk sentiment turn into pro-fossil fuels sentiment, ok?

[–] [email protected] 6 points 3 weeks ago

I wish I could upvote this more than once. Burning EV chargers is pretty insane.

[–] [email protected] 6 points 3 weeks ago

Meh. They’re only the standard because of all the government handouts they got. We should tear it all down and make room for legitimate companies to become the new standard. The Tesla logo should be as offensive as the damned swastica at this point.

Nah fuck that.

Money is the only thing that matters to the ultra rich, burn it down.

Most tesla drivers can charge at home, or somewhere else with an adapter. They'll be fine.

[–] [email protected] 6 points 3 weeks ago

They can just use amazon basics power bank.

[–] [email protected] 6 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

I am by no means a douchologist, but in my amateur opinion if somebody is still driving a Tesla, they're douche-bag-adjacent at the very least.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 3 weeks ago (2 children)

But at the same time, other electric vehicles use these chargers.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 3 weeks ago

We are all going to have to deal with some discomfort when fascism makes its way into the presidential office of the United States

[–] [email protected] 2 points 3 weeks ago

not all Tesla drivers are douchebags

[–] [email protected] 30 points 3 weeks ago

Who ever the suspect was, I can confirm I saw them here in Lisbon with me, sightseeing and doing tourist things. So yeah they have an alibi.

The snitch at McDonald's didn't get anything. Why do you think you will?

[–] [email protected] 7 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

I do wonder what that dude’s life is like these days… I’d give him the stink eye for sure, if I knew him enough to recognize him…

[–] [email protected] 3 points 3 weeks ago

I think Nancy parker had to skip town

[–] [email protected] 4 points 3 weeks ago

Attacking that snitch would just give them more firepower.

Best to not attack the sheep.

[–] [email protected] 23 points 3 weeks ago

Hey, conspiracy nuts. Remember how the Reichstag Fire actually was a false flag created by the Nazi party? Anyway, have at it.

[–] [email protected] 15 points 3 weeks ago

TBH I wouldn't be surprised if it was faulty.

[–] [email protected] 12 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

Sorry officer, I didn't see nothing. I was busy getting my 12th Dunks iced coffee of the day

[–] [email protected] 7 points 3 weeks ago

After 12 of those suckers you become YOUR OWN supercharger.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 3 weeks ago

Ain't it a shame. Ha!

[–] [email protected] 4 points 3 weeks ago

God damn people are fucking stupid. This doesnt help anything. It does nothing to Musk and only hurts people who use those chargers.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 2 weeks ago

Why would a fire at a Tesla location be suspicious? I would consider it just consequential.
